Base 10 is so arbitrary. It’s 0011.00100100 in binary, so why not celebrating it on March 24.
If we’re approximating, let’s keep it simple and celebrate it on July 22 
Or on August 1 according to Ramanujan’s 1.8 + sqrt(1.8) for an extra digit
