Hello anton,

Which version of openSUSE are you using?
Do you use KDE or GNOME?
And from where did you get Ardour?

Make sure you have the package “gtkmm2” installed.

And could you post the output of this command:

dir /usr/lib64/libgtkmm*

Hello anton,

You say you have openSUSE 11.3 but the repository obs://build.opensuse.org/home:ilfirin doesn’t contain a openSUSE 11.3 package of ardour.
So you’ve got mixed up versions.

I also couldn’t find a 11.3 package so the only thing to it is to compile it from source.

Solved deinstalled gtkmm2 2.20.3-47.1
gtkmm2-devel 2.20.3-47.1 and then installed gtkmm2 2.18.2-2.5
