i am pretty sure that i got the sound card configured on my ibook g4 but when i try to open the volume applet i get the error dialog “No volume control GStreamer plugins and/or devices found”.
how can i install this stuff?

i have some gstreamer stuff installed now but i get the error anyway.
what is installed now is…
banshee-engine-gst 0.13.1
bundle-lang-common-en 10.3
gstreamer010-plugins-base 0.10.13
gstreamer010-plugins-good 0.10.6
gstreamer010 0.10.13
and i get the error listed above but i don’t get the error that sound card is not configured (which i used to).
please advise
