GSM modem - Tilgin Router - how to get Internet?

I have a router - Tilgin HG1311 - manual for it - http://kluz.tk/Tilgin.pdf
It has got USB socket.
I’d like to connect to it a mobile modem Huawei E3131 and use Internet from my mobile provider (mobile data).

Do you know if it’s possible and how can I do that?
I’d like to add that in the settings it is possible to use it as a usb storage.

You’ll probably have to ask your question on a Tilgin forum, mail list or whatever they provide for support.

It starts with whatever the USB is configured to support, ie only storage or if it also supports communications.
