After installation of openSuse 13.1 and reboot there is no openSuse option just Windows7 and Kali. Live CD works fine, no errors during the installation. Tried 3x.
When tried on spared empty HDD then there is just some kind of BASH-Like shell…

Are you talking about grub for “kali”? Then you probably have to regenerate its “grub.cfg” before it sees opensuse.
Did opensuse install its own grub, or did you get an error message about a failure during install?
Try changing the grub settings at the install summary
