GRUB problem after update to Tumbleweed 2019-01-15

After update from openSUSE Leap 15.0 into openSUSE Leap 15.1 in VirtualBox, I also had unbootable system and I get GRUB error: “symbol ‘grub_efi_allocate_fixed’ not found”. Opened new bug https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1153828 as the old one was quite long and closed without fix
