OK . . . cool, check the man pages. Historically I haven’t found the man pages to be helpful for actually doing stuff. It’s like the “dictionary” . . . it can tell you the meaning of the word, but doesn’t really help in the writing process . . . .
Jammed today, but hopefully I can figure out the latest suggestions on the bug report, OR the solution will “trickle down” via zypper . . . .
man anything implies also to check Google/DDG/whatever for a howto with examples, but man is a reasonable place to start that doesn’t imply you can’t be bothered to apply a little self-help when some command you aren’t familiar with is mentioned.
