Graphics problem in opensuse11

Hello, I’m new to opensuse. I’ve just installed the distro and have a very bothering problem. I’m not sure of how to describe it since English is not my first language. Fonts and most graphics look extremely ugly when the screen is scrolled or a new letter is typed. For an examlpe I’ll leave a picture of my screen. I had to take it with my camera because using the screen capture utility solved the problem. Actually focusing any other window solves it.

Help is really appreciated, I’m using a Toshiba Satellite with an AMD Turion64x2 @ 2.0GHz, 2Gb RAM and an ATI Radeon X1200. I tried to modify the screen refresh rate but it was already set up to 60Hz.

Thanks.

Did you install the drivers for your card? If so, do you have a link to it?

If you have not installed drivers or there is a problem with the drivers, that may cause the problem.
