Graphic problems

Hello. I have installed OpenSuse today, but I have problems with the screen.
There are some diagonal lines flowing on the screen and I do not know how to fix it.

I need to install the graphic drivers, but I do not know how to do so.

Intel driver is built into the kernel so you don’t install that one. Have you done an update? There was a Intel driver update not long ago.

Just do an update.
as root
zypper up

Just run the system updates.
