Graphic noise on transition (screen saver, start suse)

Hi
i have small problem with laptop (gr.card intel GMA 950)
On transition like running screensaver or if i login to opensuse.
Graphic noise is lot colored dots or lines.
I try disable hw accel, but no effect.Wtf?:X
