GPU and PowerProfile are not always working proprely

Not the first time Nvidia drivers aren’t in sync but the open-driver is a version ahead so I can’t install it for now…

tried to just install the kmp but I didn’t have GUI after reboot.

@MiMillie Seems to be the case, I don’t use the rpms, just the run files. But also on Tumbleweed with Nvidia cards…

I’ve managed to install the open driver but still having the same issue unfortunately :frowning:

@MiMillie and everything else you use are running fine?

Well after a reboot yes, but everyday I have to reboot my computer at the first use cause I still have that issue. also it seems to affect some browser extension like metamask. I can’t login if my GPU doesn’t work properly (Don’t know why) and still blackscreen on godot ect…

So my current fix is to boot my laptop, and reboot it immediately. that’s not really ideal.

Also I didn’t seen a Nvidia crash like this one when I shutdown my laptop since I use the open driver.
