I don’t think so, least not what I expect you are looking for.
The best interaction is found via the Chromium or Chrome browser

I thought Malcolm Lewis was working on “grive”? Never tried it myself though
There’s also google-drive-ocamlfuse (couldn’t find an RPM for openSUSE) and Insync (same problem, and AFAIK it costs)

I did build a test package (64bit only) here if the OP wants to try it
out;
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?project=home%3Amalcolmlewis%3ATESTING&package=grive
I’ll have a look at google-drive-ocamlfuse later in the week.
