Hi I have downloaded the google chat plugin but it wont install I am running open suse 12.3 64 bit here is the error it keeps giving me The name org.freedesktop.PackageKit was not provided by any .service files any body have any clues

Chat works for me without any plugin being added

I will change what I asked I downloaded the google chat rpm but it wont install via software installer it keeps giving me this error (The name org.freedesktop.PackageKit was not provided by any .service files)

I suggest you double check you download the correct file (I just tried it and it installs fine)

And post a list of your repos for me

Looks OK to me apart from some less common option in there, but they shouldn’t matter.

As I said, I ran the install no probs
