Goofy looking boot process

I just installed Tumbleweed (the 12-27 image from a usb drive if that matters; also Dell Inspiron 3552). Everything seems to be working just fine. But there is a repeated error message during boot (see first picture) followed by what I assume is the plymouth splash screen, three green rounded squares but with question marks (see second picture). I’d like to fix this. No one wants an ugly boot. I’d even prefer the normal text output if plymouth isn’t working properly.

Thanks!

Need to fix the error. I assume it is happening before plymouth gets loaded. So it is not normal and needs the error fixed. Sorry have not a clue what the error is.

GPIO is kinda nebulas.
