So on what date does 12.1 go to Gold Master Release?

That is supposed to be tomorrow (Fri Nov 11). See: openSUSE:Roadmap - openSUSE

I am aware of that. However, it’s date presumably indicates the time that 12.1 is frozen. Any changes after that would be updates rather than part of the official release.

12.1 releases to the general public on the 16th of November.
