GnoTime?

On the GnoTime home page they say that GnoTime is included with various distros, including suse. However, my opensuse 11.2 does not have this app. Do I need another repos? Can anyone advise how to simply install GnoTime for OpenSuse 11.2?
Thanks.

i wonder how old those words are? the last “news” on that site was
posted in Feb 2008…

and the last time that openSUSE was referred to as SUSE was in 2006!

a quick review at http://software.opensuse.org/search shows no package
named GnoTime available for any current openSUSE, SLED/SLES, Fedora,
Red Hat, CentOS, Mandriva, Debian, or Ubuntu…

so, looks like it is not an extremely popular application…

have you ever compiled from source before?

I have compiled before, but it has been a while and if I recall correctly, I had to download gobs of stuff just to set it up, and became a project on it’s own, so I stay away from that.

Thank you much.

Hi
If you want I can package it up for you on OBS?

Sounds great to me… (If it is minimal effort/time on your side.)

Thanks!

Hi
No problems, had to build one additional package (qof) just waiting for
the build service (seems to be a busy day). I should be ready sometime
in the next day…

No sweat. I don’t plan on installing it before Sunday.

Hi
Builds should be available now;

Thank you much! It’s working. (Ummm… It’s timing if I am working!)

Hi
Is that a good thing or a bad thing…?

My initial reaction to the program is very positive.
The main thing I needed was to 1-click shuttling between different timed projects, in an easy manner. The program does many more things, of course, and I am extremely pleased.

Thanks again.
