Hello,
I have have an NVIDIA GeForce 2060 Super, and all I did after installing leap 15.3 was install the latest nvidia drivers, and now my dual monitors will not work. My ultimate goal is to get CUDA running on here. Please help.

If your wanting cuda running, then perhaps consider the hardway and install the associated driver via the cuda run file instead of the rpms?

Now i uninstalled the drives last night, so if i need to reinstall them and give you those outputs, let me know.

Yes it is.
