Hi all thanks for reading my thread,
I am facing a big trouble about the “Bug Buddy” always prompt me every 20s(approximate) and said: “The application gnome-web-photo has crashed…” when I was opening a directory containing .html files. It is very very annoying and interrupt my works. 
How can I disable(or fix) either “Bug Buddy” OR “gnome-web-photo” ??

I am assuming that you are trying to open these files from nautilius? can you run nautilus from the terminal, and give us the message log that results from it?

Perhaps the original poster could open a bug report, since there are a few of us with this problem
Until the bug is fixed you can disable file preview images. Go to:
Control Centre / File Management Preferences / Preview / Show thumbnails / Never
