Gnome Single Click Program Execution on Desktop

I have been using Gnome a lot more lately and I like it for the most part.

However I got used to single clicking on Desktop icons using KDE and it just seems silly to have to click twice on everything. It reminds me too much of that other operating system.

Is there an easy way to get rid of double clicking in Gnome? I looked around for about 15 minutes, but saw no terribly obvious way of doing this. Is it even possible? Thanks in advance.

Hi
Control Center -> File Management->Behavior tab and select “Single
click to open items”.

Hey thanks Malcolm! It worked!

I never would have guessed to look under “File Management”. Thanks again.
