Gnome-Shell Updates' problem on ./configure : glib-compile-schemas not found

Hi, Gnome-shell doesnt have a update on repository then I tried to install the update myself by the file on gnome-shell site:

ftp.gnome.org

but when I put ./configure on terminal this configure correctly but in the end line this is issued:

configure: error: glib-compile-schemas not found.

In internet some user installed libglib2-devel but there is is not a libglib2-devel on repositories, How can I Install it?

PS: Gnome-shell 2.29 freeze constantly lately!!
