@Svyatko: I was able to determine what the culprit is.
It’s the GDM package (gdm - 45.0.1-150600.6.8.1 ), after updating it Gnome won’t work anymore.
Switching to LightGDM works without any issue.
I still haven’t found what exactly creates this problem.
