Gnome in Backround

HI, first, sorry for my bad english!!

My Problem, in front I have KDE, and in Backround I see a Gnome Desktop! So I see 2 Task bar, and all files doppel!
When I shotdown PC over KDE, PC doesn’t shotdown and works with Gnome. On the othersite, if i shotdown Gnome, it allready shotdown KDE and PC.

Can somebody help me?

Ctrl+Esc, check if nautilus is running and kill it.
Now log off and back on. Okay now?

Or do a
kwin --replace

Also set to run nautilius with no desktop in gconf editor
