Hi all,
I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I installed a clock desklet and a weather desklet. I want this to automatically boot up and stick to the background, much like the current versions of KDE does.
Each time that I press the "Show Desktop: button though the desklets disappear.
This is quite annoying as I want them to stay in their position.
If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

i’m not a gnome guru, but i don’t think the version of gnome (or any
version) can do what you describe…its a KDE thing…
