Start it from a terminal and post the error mesages in code tags here. Prefix the program call with LC_ALL=C so that error messages will be shown in english.
Please use paste.opensuse.org for your images. At least I am not going to let an unknown site run JavaScript.
You can go to https://susepaste.org/ and upload an image there (see the word Image at top-right).
After you did this, you can copy/paste the URL from the page as shown in the address bar of your browser (and not the URL of the image itself). Paste this using the Link button (the one with the globe) from the toolbar of the post editor.
And (someone above asked you for a CLI command with output, which is of course much easier to create and read on a forum like this):
There is an important, but not easy to find feature on the forums.
Please in the future use CODE tags around copied/pasted computer text in a post. It is the # button in the tool bar of the post editor. When applicable copy/paste complete, that is including the prompt, the command, the output and the next prompt.

XDG_RUNTIME_DIR (/run/user/1000) is not owned by us (uid 0), but by uid 1000! (This could e.g. happen if you try to connect to a non-root PulseAudio as a root user, over the native protocol. Don't do that.)

Why do you start gnome boxes as root? Did you set check the needed users/groups: https://en.opensuse.org/GNOME_Boxes
