Greetings.
I’m running openSUSE 13.1 with Gnome Shell 3.10.1 on my VMware Workstation (mostly out of curiosity, for now). I may be the only one here, but Gnome’s hot corner was my favorite since oSS12.2. Now it seems that it doesn’t work anymore (no shell extensions installed). Is it intended? How can I have it back if it’s possible?
And does video card driver have anything to do with it?
Regards,
ShadowDweller

Hi
Have you updated the system recently? It’s working fine here on real
hardware so could be the gpu driver…

Hot corner works for me.
Try impatience if you want to speed up the animation

They changed the behavior of the top left corner and the system tray. In Gnome 3.10, these features are “pressure” sensitive. Slowly dragging the cursor to the left corner will not trigger the Activities overview. You have to quickly mush the mouse up into the corner. This was put in to mitigate accidentally hitting the left corner and triggering the overview.
