Gnome 2.24

Hello everybody,

Perhaps this question has been posted many times, but I haven’t found any answer; I have check the Byren’s Blog and no timetable is given. So, my question is: is Gnome 2.24 to be available to Opensuse 11.0 or do we have to wait for Opensuse 11.1?

You could always try the suse factory

Thanks for your reply.

But if you have a look to Bryen’s Blog it is said that a user has had a problem with Factory, and that a 1-click install is coming.

I think that I will create a virtual machine and then install a fresh copy of Opensuse with Gnome 2.24 from Factory.

I have been trying installing Gnome 2.24, but too many dependencies, I think that I need to work more on this.

I’ll keep you informed.
