GLIBC Issue in compiling WinForms Application

Hi All,

I am running following command in terminal for compiling of winform application:

mcs hello.cs -pkg:dotnet

But getting following messages:
/usr/bin/mono: /lib64/libpthread.so.0: version GLIBC_2.12' not found (required by /usr/bin/mono) /usr/bin/mono: /lib64/libc.so.6: version GLIBC_2.15’ not found (required by /usr/bin/mono)
/usr/bin/mono: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14’ not found (required by /usr/bin/mono)

I am using SLES 11 mounted as Guest OS on Windows Host.

Please advise.
