Just upgraded to 11.4 this afternoon. All went smoothly for me. I did a clean install.
I started up bubblemon, and it has huge bubble floating up in it. Is there anyone else with this problem?

Yes, I think I see the same thing though I have never been real sure what the value of this icon tray application is, as it relates to bubbles anyway. This would be a KDE 4.6 issue though and not really an openSUSE 11.4 problem per say.
