And you had a correct setup at one point apparently:
with the proprietary 580.119 driver and the longterm kernel. Try to revert back to that setup.
I don’t know why zypper install-new-recommends tries to install the open driver neither why it tries to downgrade the kernel, but that is wrong and should not be attempted again.
