i just can’t stand talking to the minimum wage script readers who have
no clue, even about Windows…fortunately i can often go to a Danish
unix.hardware newsgroup and find someone who works the IT in (say) the
phone company and get a quick, fix…
sad.

You still use newsgroups?
Ask ISP-tech support call centrist about which C-compiler to use with their modems, they’ll put you through 
@yester64: many of us still use newsgroups. They’re not gone at all.
Made me laugh lol! - Reminds me of my ISP - “Can you please click on the start button and open internet explorer?”
I don’t know why when I read this I think of AOL Customer Support… Which basically when I’ve spoken to them – alot of them sound as if their still in their freshman year in college. laughs
