I want to access my google drive with gdrive, but google refuse to link account because the application is not yet verified by google.
Is gdrive is useless ??? Or is there a solution ? (the messages are in french).
You need to describe where your gdrive application came from,
Could it be the following app from a home repo? And if not, perhaps it’s worth trying?

There has been an update for kio gdrive and now we have access to the login dialog, then to enter password and give permission to kio gdrive to access our gdrive, then a message saying the account is created is shown… But the account is no created in dolphin, and it still ask to create a new account … and it goes on forever…
A step was done, but it’s still not working …
I was trying to install gdrive on my tumbleweed becouse the one in my repos doesn’t works but your link isn’ no more available, it lead me to

I though most of this is integrated into the desktops these days (eg in GNOME it’s online accounts)?

I’m using KDE with kio-gdrive, I added google account in systemsettings>online account but when I click on dolphin>network>gdrive it ask me to insert a new account and I select the google account I added before but it is ignored
can I use grive2 with dolphin?
or I have to use it only with nautilus?

You might also be able to capture whatever the error is by opening a console to read system events in real time with the the following command and observe what errors might display when you try to use Dolphin

You shouldn’t need any additional packages if it’s integrated into the desktop your using. Sounds like it maybe a bug… maybe others who use Plasma can assist.
