My unsurprising box has a nvidia 8500gt
kde4.4 with desktop effects and nvidia driver
I watch full screen flash all the time and only notice a very slight video issue when watching HD.
My biggest issue is streaming it quick enough here in UK. I usually get_iplayer it to the hard drive and it encodes to mp4
