i never FTAM before…but, i looked in these two places and find
nothing packaged for openSUSE…

according to wikipedia it is not so popular: “FTAM has not seen wide
adoption on the Internet, and attempts to define an Internet-scale
file transfer protocol have instead focused on Server message block,

why do you want to try to use it?
if you must, suggest you google to see if there is a linux
client…maybe you can snag a tar ball of source and compile your own…
