  • Authorization manager failed to start
  • NetworkManager.service failed to start
  • name service, and NTP

Are able to startx after second attempt

It is very, very vague, what you are doing, where you see things, etc.
A lot of your conclusions. but no information where these conclusions are based on.

Please tell us more and specialy show more computer facts.

It is still hard to work out what is the problem.

The PolicyKit failure is just one symptom. Your image shows many failures. So there’s a more serious problem. It’s just that I am not seeing enough information on what that might be.

My guess would be that there are problems with the root file system. Perhaps it is full. Or perhaps it is mounting as read-only. Or maybe you are running into an issue with subvolumes not being mounted.

The very first failure message during boot might be important. If you can run “dmesg”, that might provide useful information…
