Recent events in other areas of the openSUSE Community Project highlighted the fact we had not added the Code of Conduct to these Forums, likewise the contact for your account and any issues needs to be directed to the IDP Team via a progress ticket. Both of these issues have been addressed with this update.

But there is still no linkt to the discourse new user guide which might be quite helpful to people new to the forum.
