Forum Default Search Setup Problem

I seem unable to save my default search setup. The save button is not visible, but If I press where it is at, I get a Saved Response. But alas, it is not being saved. Am I crazy or is anyone else having this problem as well? I am using Firefox 3.6.4 if that matters.

Thank You,

Hey jdmcdaniel3,

Which preferences did you change that you are trying to save?

Hello kgroneman and thank you for your replay. I normally make my default search to look for messages with Zero replies, which does not seem to work for me. I can search for Zero replies, I just can’t make it my default and the save button only shows the top line of it. If I hit this line just right, it will say my settings are saved, but they are not saved. For any other kind of search, I will modify the defaults and carry on. So, the problem is not that Search does not work because it works just fine, I just can’t set the default search for Zero replies. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

By the way, I have always wanted to tell you that every time I see your avatar, I want to kill that bug on my screen. It is kind of creepy, but it is VERY convincing.

Thank You,

I verified it. In checking the vBulletin forums
(www.vbulletin.com/forums) I see people are having a number of issues
with the search feature in vB 4.x. I hope they get resolved in the
next release.

I have two goals in life: To be a bad example and to be annoying.
Thanks for your validation.

It is always nice to be able to affirm the achievement of ones goals then. lol!

Also, should I have already made a comment about your avatar in the past or make the same comment in the future, it is just a case of short term thread retention, a aliment I have discovered I have online, so be aware of my condition.

Thank You,
