Forgot to encrypt / device during install

I have two drives in my laptop. a 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. On installing OpenSUSE LEAP 15.2 I set up the SSD but forgot about the 1TB hard drive so I went into YaST and removed all the partitions on it and made a new btrfs partition on it. I also selected the option to encrypt the partition which works well. I’d like to do the same to the / partition which is also a btrfs partition but I’m not sure how to do it.

Any help at all?

It might be easier to reinstall.

I’m assuming that “/home” is what you already have encrypted. In my opinion, encrypting “/” is not as important. Encrypting swap, and making “/tmp” a tmpfs file system covers most of what you want protected.
