Foreign OS disappeared from GRUB

I have an older dual boot laptop with Leap as my primary OS and Windows 7 as a secondary. When I upgraded from 15.1 to 15.2, OpenSuse appeared on the GRUB menu as my default OS with Windows 7 as an alternate. Later, when I rebooted the system, the Windows choice has disappeared and only the OpenSuse options appears – no Windows choice at all. I have probe foreign operating systems checked in the bootloader options. How do I get the Windows option back?

Have you tried running (as root):

grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

That did the trick. Thanks!
