Just updated the graphics drivers for my ATI card via Yast2.
Now my desktop fonts and everywhere is just impossible to read.

KMenu> configure desktop>Look&Feel>Appearance>Fonts
Looks like dpi value has to be increased. In the font window given by Sagemta above, set 96 DPI in “Force Fonts DPI”
