On my installation i have noticed an error caused by the lack of the folder Desktop.
This bug prevents, for example, the screen capture program to function.

You cannot report a bug unless you can step through the process in the bug report form. I haven’t experienced what you say is a bug; so I cannot report it.
You need to report it yourself.
