I keep getting notified that an update to flash-plugin is ready to be installed, but, when I try to install it, I get a message saying that an unexpected internal error has occurred and that I should send a report. However, there is no address given to which the report is to be sent. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Probably some package conflict or other problem with the package.
Run “sudo zypper up” in a terminal window to get a more detailed message.
And which repo are you using for flash-player?

AFAIK the Adobe package/repo is not signed, so the updater cannot install updates if you use that.
A workaround would be to disable the signature check for the repo in YaST->Software Management, or maybe better remove the Adobe repo and install flash-player from Packman instead (which you should have for multimedia stuff anyway).

So, do you still have a problem?
Just removing the repo won’t change the installed packages.
You may need to force a reinstallation of flash-player from Packman, choose “Update Unconditionally” in YaST or run:
sudo zypper in -f flash-player
As a side-note: your repo list contains many duplicates, but that shouldn’t cause a problem.
You still might want to remove them though:
sudo zypper rr 4 8 9 10 11 13
I can confirm that the Adobe Flash-Player package has an invalid certificate:

Flash-player is available, on Packman and in the specific Adobe repo. And you can also choose to use Google’s pepper-flash as well, which actually is the latest version flash-player version 21 (unlike Adobe’s, who only do security updates for Linux since a while and didn’t port/release newer versions, they are still only offering version 11.2 and that won’t change) and is available on Packman as well.
For using that in Firefox (or other browsers that still only support Netscape plugins) you need to install the package freshplayerplugin.
Honestly, just install from packman as wolfi323 has suggested. Make sure that you have the packman repo configured. Then, in Yast Software Management, click on the “Versions” tab, and select the version from packman.
As far as I know, it is the exact same flash application that you will get from adobe. It has been repackaged (different rpm, same program). And the packman maintainers do a better job of packaging for opensuse.
In 13.2 there is a conflict between packman and openSUSE repos today. I just took the one from openSUSE with vendor changing since it has a higher number had to go to Yast to resolve. Just to stop the updater from nagging:X

I have no idea why Packman even provides flash-player for 13.2 too.
Maybe they thought it won’t be updated any more for 13.2 either when it was announced that flash-player is going to be dropped from the distribution.
But again, this is only a “problem” on 13.2 (and probably 13.1 too, which still gets updates/patches by the Evergreen team).
