Here you’ll find the link to the bug report, a comment there mentions the package to lock.
You could:
- snapper rollback to before the update
- zypper addlock (refer to comment in bug report)
- zypper dup again, this time zypper won’t update the package causing the issue, but you’ll still be up to date on all the others
You’ll have to remember to remove that lock once the package gets fixed, of course.
