Started a flatpak update Saturday night, and just checked it today and it stopped at update #4 org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default,

Note that '/var/lib/flatpak/exports/share' is not in the search path
set by the XDG_DATA_HOME and XDG_DATA_DIRS
environment variables, so applications may not
be able to find it until you set them. The
directories currently searched are:

- /root/.local/share
- /usr/local/share/
- /usr/share/

How do I fixed this mid-flight through the update?

It’s not clear what command was executed, because it was not included in the CLI (assumed) output (should also include the final empty prompt).

It’s also not clear how you opened the CLI. (did you use “sudo” to execute the command or did you open a new CLI as root user, then execute?)

Why do you use sudo for flatpak? Do you install flatpaks system-wide or per-user?
