Flash will not play

Fresh install of tumbleweed, with all updates

None of my flash videos play.
Installed per guide at:
http://opensuse-guide.org/codecs.php
with repo:
http://packman.inode.at/suse/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/
the only issue I can imagine, is I did not get a license agreement like I previously saw when addding flash. If that is the issue, how do I fix it?
Konsole:

all videos say same error, and I know the videos are fine, put on usb and play on different pc
thanks for all help.

To me, those messages suggest a network problem, or perhaps a bad “/etc/resolv.conf”.

Resolve.config is fine, compared it to another install, that works
network appears fine, I am browsing normally, no hiccups.
All other containers (avi, mp4, mkv etc) play fine.
thanks

did you try opening a local flv file, as the remote server might be refusing a connection to vlc.
