Do you mean that you get the error when you start YaST > Software > Software Management or does it come when you click to install Flash?
In the first case the locking most probably comes from the openSUSE Updater icon. It starts looking for updates after you log in. Either wait until it is finished or disable/remove it and try again.
If things get really desperate, you can open a console and try
su –
kill 32685
which terminates the process though I am not sure whether that will totally solve the problem.
