I want to install flash player on power pc. I found this PowerPC x86 Emulator - openSUSE.
But I can’t get it to work with opensuse 11.0. Also some of the stuff in the instructions are unclear to me. Can some one help me get flash player working on ppc.
Your best bet is gnash or swfdec. These don’t work for many sites, but do work on some and are improving. A good alternative is to use MOL (mac-on-linux) to run OSXppc. That works quite well but requires an earlier linux kernel.
Why can’t I use qemu?
If you can get it working in an acceptable fashion, I don’t see anything wrong with it. I’ve never been able to get qemu to work well on anything other than x86 systems.
i don’t know what your clock speed is but the new flash plugins require 700mhz.
mine is only 600mhz. perhaps yours is 700mhz.
Mine is 987mhz or something can someone give me a more detailed guide on how to install it.
