Flash and Java

When I go to adobe to download flash player, Suse told me that it can’t be installed.

And with Java… I download a jlnp, to install the JRE, and when I doble-click the icon, it doesn’t do anything.

Any idea?

Install via Yast Software Management
Use the search function to find flash and java

But flash should get installed when you run updates for the first time. And Java should already be there, unless you mean Sun Java?
