In reading these questions and replies I thought I found the answer in typing sudo/usr/sbin/install_bcm43xx_firmware in
Gnome terminal command line terminal which worked for another person in July but when I press enter it tells me this does not exist. Is there something else I can try. I was hooked up to a Verizon aircard at the time I tried this.

Read much more carefully!!! There is a space after “sudo”.
