Let me just preface that the Agama installer feels amazing to use compared to what I installed Tumbleweed with. It has a very readable interface, dark mode by default, alternative US keyboard layouts, to me that’s an installer that does it well. Congrats to the people who worked on that.
Towards my question: I downloaded and installed Kalpa Desktop today for the first time. Login manager no issues, logged in, then faced with a weird situation:
Desktop black, except I still have my mouse, and the 2 KDE desktop icons: Trash and Home.
I had to press ctrl+alt+del in order to press log out. After logging in everything works.
I’ve used the openSUSE bugzilla interface, but I’m still a bit new to bug reporting. I’m also not a programmer though I do reasonably consider myself a power user. That’s why I want to be less reliant on reporting things through forums, but instead do it the way the developers find most useful. What should I include in this bug report to be most useful? What logs should I put there? Is sudo journalctl -p 3 enough? When to decide if it isn’t?
