firmware problem

Wireless isn’t working and here is my issue, what do I do next?

Not to be obvious, but have you tried turning the switch on? I’ve wasted a
lot of time cussing only to discover that I had knocked the switch
to “off”. On my Toshiba, the light is on the side and you have to make a
real effort to see it, so it’s easy to miss.
